The house was built in the neoclassical style in 1912. The plastered façade is partly decorated with stucco. Up to today the building was family owned. The plot of land with a size of 737m² is located in the Hamburg district of Eppendorf at the junction of Lokstedter Weg and Wendloher Weg. The multi-storey dwelling consists of 32 flats with a net dwelling area of ca. 2052m². The flats are mostly occupied and consist of two to three rooms, kitchen, bath and have balconies. Another ca. 400m² are to be developed in the attic of the building.

Hamburg Eppendorf

Eppendorf is located close to the centre of Hamburg. It has around 24.100 citizens and covers an area of about 2,7km². Eppendorf borders with Winterhude, Harvesterhude, Hoheluft and Lokstedt. This green district crossed by many canals of the Isebek offers a very high standard of living. Twice a week “the Eppendorfer” shops at the well-known Isemarkt, which runs below the elevated railway between Hoheluftbrücke and Eppendorfer Baum. The busy shopping streets of Eppendorf are located within walking distance of Loksteder Weg 41. First class restaurants as well as trendy cafes and bars are part of the close surroundings just like schools, kindergardens, doctors and the university clinic Eppendorf (UCE).

Just beside the UCE is the Eppendorfer park. The popular Hayns park is in the North of the district by the Eppendorfer Mühlenteich. During the summer months, the nearby Alster is the centre for free time activities.
